Overview

The JTSQ-200 water well drill rig is a compact air-water dual-purpose machine  built for 0-180 m drilling in rural water supply, agricultural irrigation and  small geotechnical projects. Supporting both air DTH hammer drilling and mud  circulation, it offers a 100-400 mm hole diameter range, 37 kW engine power  and 12 t lifting capacity for mixed ground conditions and flexible jobsite use.

1. Reaches 180 m Depth

With a drilling depth range of 0-180 m, the JTSQ-200 fits small-scale water  well and irrigation projects that need more reach than a basic shallow rig.  It is a practical option for village water supply, farm wells and light  engineering drilling work.

2. Dual Drilling Modes

The rig supports both air hammer drilling and mud circulation, giving users  more flexibility across soft soil, mixed layers and harder rock sections.  Its 1.7-2.5 MPa working air pressure and 17-31 m³/min air consumption support  air drilling setups for a wider range of ground conditions.

3. Up to 400 mm Holes

A 100-400 mm drilling diameter range makes the machine suitable for different  bore sizes, from smaller water wells to larger openings that need more casing  room. That gives contractors more flexibility without stepping up to a much  larger rig.

4. Built for Small Sites

With a 2 t machine weight, 2.5 km/h travel speed and 30° gradeability, the  JTSQ-200 is easier to move around farms, rural plots and uneven ground than a  heavier drilling unit. It suits jobs where access and repositioning matter as  much as drilling output.

5. 12 t Lift Capacity

A 12 t lifting capacity helps the rig handle drill string lifting and routine  rod work with more confidence on 180 m-class projects. Combined with a 45-70  rpm rotational speed and 10-35 m/h advancement rate, it supports steady daily  drilling performance on small contractor jobs.
