Product Overview

JTQZ-400 Water Well Drill Rig

Overview

The JTQZ-400 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for 400 m deep well  drilling in municipal water supply, agricultural irrigation, industrial water  projects and environmental monitoring. With a 92 kW engine, 24 t lifting  force, 1.7-3.4 MPa working pressure and rotation speeds up to 135 rpm, it is  designed for deeper boreholes, heavier drill strings and more demanding rock  conditions.

Key Features

1. Reaches 400 m Depth

With 1.7-3.4 MPa working air pressure, 17-36 m³/min air consumption and a 92  kW engine, the JTQZ-400 is equipped for deep groundwater drilling to 400 m.  This makes it a strong fit for high-demand water well projects where shallower  rigs start to lose efficiency.

2. 24 t Pullback Power

A 24 t rig lifting force combined with 33 m/min rapid rise speed gives the rig  the strength to pull long, heavy drill strings from deep holes with less delay.  That matters on deep well jobs where pipe handling speed directly affects daily  output.

3. 92 kW Diesel Drive

The 92 kW power unit supports stronger drilling force than the smaller models  in the series, while the 66-135 rpm rotation range gives operators more control  across clay, gravel and harder rock layers. It is built for higher-load drilling  rather than light-duty shallow work.

4. Fewer Rod Changes

A 6.6 m single push length and drill pipe options from 1.5 m to 6.0 m reduce  the number of rod additions during deep drilling. Fewer connection cycles help  save time, lower labor intensity and keep the rig moving efficiently on longer  boreholes.

5. 1.6 m High Leg

The 1.6 m high leg stroke improves leveling range on rough ground, and together  with 30° climbing ability and 2.5 km/h travel speed, the rig is easier to place  on uneven water well sites. That gives crews better setup flexibility before  drilling starts.
