Product Overview

JTQZ-600 Water Well Drill Rig

Overview

The JTQZ-600 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for 600 m deep drilling  in hydrological wells, geothermal projects and industrial water supply work.  With a 113 kW engine, 28 t lifting force, 1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure and a  140-350 mm hole range, it is designed for deeper boreholes, larger drill pipes  and more demanding rocky ground conditions.

Key Features

1. Reaches 600 m Depth

With 1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure, 17-42 m³/min air consumption and a 113 kW  engine, the JTQZ-600 is equipped for deep drilling to 600 m. This gives it the  operating range needed for large water wells and other long-hole drilling jobs  where mid-depth rigs start to lose efficiency.

2. Up to 350 mm Holes

A 140-350 mm drilling diameter range gives the rig more flexibility for larger  boreholes than the earlier 325 mm class models. That makes it better suited to  projects that need wider casing sizes or higher-volume water output.

3. 28 t Pullback Power

The 28 t lifting force gives the rig stronger pullback capacity for deep-hole  drilling and heavier drill strings. Paired with 20 m/min rapid rise speed, it  helps crews retrieve pipe more steadily and keep long drilling cycles under  control.

4. Bigger Drill Pipe

Drill pipe diameters of 102 mm, 108 mm and 114 mm support larger and heavier  drill strings than the smaller models in the series. Combined with pipe lengths  up to 6.0 m, the rig is built for deeper projects that demand stronger rod  capacity and fewer interruptions.

5. 1.7 m High Leg

A 1.7 m high leg stroke improves leveling ability on uneven ground, and with  30° climbing ability and 2.5 km/h travel speed, the rig is easier to position  on rocky and sloped sites. This gives crews more setup flexibility before the  drilling cycle begins.
