Overview

The JTQZ-700 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for 700 m ultra-deep  drilling in deep water wells, hydrological exploration, geothermal projects  and industrial water supply work. With a 132 kW engine, 28 t lifting force,  1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure and rotation speeds up to 140 rpm, it is designed  for deeper boreholes, heavier drill strings and harder field conditions where  mid-depth rigs lose efficiency.

1. Reaches 700 m Depth

With 1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure, 17-42 m³/min air consumption and a 132 kW  engine, the JTQZ-700 is equipped for ultra-deep drilling to 700 m. That gives  it the air output and engine reserve needed for longer boreholes in hard rock,  mixed formations and demanding field conditions.

2. 132 kW Heavy Drive

The 132 kW power unit gives the JTQZ-700 a clear step up in drilling strength  over the smaller models in the series. It is built for higher-load deep drilling  work where stronger engine output helps keep penetration more stable at depth.

3. Spins up to 140 rpm

A 45-140 rpm rotation range gives operators a broader speed window for changing  ground conditions. The higher top speed helps improve cutting efficiency in  faster-drilling layers while still keeping slower control available for harder  sections.

4. Up to 350 mm Holes

A 140-350 mm hole range supports larger boreholes for higher-volume water wells  and wider casing requirements. This keeps the JTQZ-700 suitable for projects  that need both deeper drilling and larger finished well diameters.

5. Bigger Drill Pipe

Drill pipe diameters of 102 mm, 108 mm and 114 mm support heavier drill strings  for long-hole drilling, while pipe lengths up to 6.0 m reduce the frequency of  rod additions. That combination helps improve efficiency on 700 m class jobs.
