1. Reaches 200 m Depth
A 58 kW engine drives pneumatic percussion at 1.7-2.5 MPa working air pressure, sustaining stable penetration to 200 m through sand, gravel and soft rock. Air consumption of 17-31 m³/min keeps the DTH hammer on bottom and maximises footage per shift.
2. Wide Diameter Range
Drill hole diameters from 140 mm to 254 mm cover irrigation wells, community water supply, industrial borings and monitoring wells without changing machines. Compatible drill pipe sizes of 76 mm and 89 mm let operators match the string to the formation.
3. 13 t Lifting Force
A 13 t rig lifting force at 30 m/min rapid-rise speed pulls heavy or stuck drill strings quickly, cutting non-productive time on deep holes and keeping the crew moving to the next location sooner.
4. Rubber or Steel Track Options
Optional rubber or steel tracks with 30° gradeability and 2.5 km/h travel speed let the rig move across soft farmland, rocky slopes and muddy sites without support equipment. At 4.7 t, it fits standard flatbed transport for fast relocation between job sites.
5. Fast Rod Handling
A 3.3 m single push length and support for 1.5 m / 2.0 m / 3.0 m drill pipes reduce rod-change stops. Combined with 45-70 rpm rotation speed and a 1.4 m high-leg stroke for levelling on uneven ground, the rig is ready to drill shortly after arriving on site.
