Overview

The JTQZ-350 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for 350 m deep  groundwater drilling and large-volume water extraction. With an 85 kW engine,  22 t lifting force, 1.7-3.4 MPa working pressure and rotation speeds up to  135 rpm, it suits agricultural irrigation, municipal water supply, remote  industrial projects and hydrological monitoring wells.

1. Reaches 350 m Depth

An 85 kW engine works with 1.7-3.4 MPa air pressure and 17-36 m³/min air  consumption to support stable drilling to 350 m. This gives the rig the  pneumatic energy needed for deep water wells in sand, gravel and hard rock.

2. Spins up to 135 rpm

Rotation speeds from 66 rpm to 135 rpm give operators a much wider working  range for different formations. Higher top speed helps the bit cut faster in  softer layers, while the lower end keeps drilling controlled in heavier ground.

3. 22 t Pullback Power

With 22 t lifting force and 33 m/min rapid rise speed, the JTQZ-350 can pull  heavy drill strings efficiently from deep boreholes. That reduces retrieval  delays and gives more control when working at full depth.

4. Fewer Rod Changes

A 6.6 m single push length and drill pipe options from 1.5 m to 6.0 m reduce  the number of rod additions on deep wells. Less rod handling means shorter  cycle times and better daily drilling output.

5. Handles Bigger Pipe

Drill pipe diameters of 89 mm and 102 mm support larger, heavier drill  strings than the earlier 300 m models. Combined with a 140-325 mm hole range,  the rig is better suited to large-capacity irrigation wells and municipal  water supply projects.
