The JTQZ-300-2 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for 300 m deep-well  drilling in sand, gravel and hard rock. With an 85 kW engine, 18 t lifting  force and a 6.6 m single push length, it suits agricultural irrigation,  municipal water supply, remote industrial projects and environmental  monitoring wells.

1. Reaches 300 m Depth

An 85 kW engine works with 1.7-3.0 MPa air pressure and 17-36 m³/min air  consumption to support stable drilling to 300 m. This output gives the rig  the pneumatic power needed for deep groundwater projects in sand, gravel and  hard rock.

2. Fewer Rod Changes

A 6.6 m single push length is the standout advantage of this model. Together  with drill pipe options from 1.5 m to 6.0 m, it reduces rod handling time,  shortens drilling cycles and helps crews keep productivity high on deep wells.

3. Up to 325 mm Holes

The 140-325 mm drilling range covers irrigation wells, municipal water supply,  industrial boreholes and monitoring wells in one machine. Compatible 76 mm  and 89 mm drill pipes give operators flexibility across different formations.

4. 18 t Lifting Force

With 18 t rig lifting force and 40 m/min rapid rise speed, the JTQZ-300-2 can  pull heavy drill strings quickly from deep boreholes. That reduces retrieval  time and lowers the risk of delays when working at full depth.

5. Built for Rough Sites

A crawler chassis with 30° climbing ability, 2.5 km/h travel speed and 1.4 m  high-leg stroke keeps the rig moving and stable on slopes, muddy ground and  uneven terrain. The 8 t operating weight also adds confidence in demanding  deep-well conditions.
