Overview

The JTQZ-180 pneumatic water well drill rig handles medium-depth groundwater  drilling up to 180 m in sand, gravel and soft rock. With a 55 kW engine,  rubber track chassis and 12 t lifting force, it suits large-scale agricultural  irrigation, rural water supply, remote industrial projects and environmental  monitoring wells across varied geological conditions.

1. Reaches 180 m Depth

A 55 kW engine paired with pneumatic percussion technology sustains stable  penetration to 180 m. Air pressure of 1.7-2.5 MPa drives the DTH hammer  through sand, gravel and soft rock without stalling, keeping the bit on bottom  and footage rates high.

2. Wide Diameter Range

Drill hole diameters from 140 mm to 254 mm cover irrigation wells, community  water supply, industrial borings and monitoring wells in a single machine.  Compatible drill pipe sizes of 76 mm and 89 mm give operators flexibility  to match formation requirements.

3. 12 t Lifting Force

A 12 t lifting capacity at 20 m/min rapid-rise speed pulls stuck or heavy  drill strings quickly, reducing stuck-pipe risk and non-productive time on  deep holes.

4. Tracks Any Terrain

Rubber track chassis with 30° gradeability and 2.5 km/h travel speed moves  the rig across soft fields, rocky slopes and muddy construction sites without  a support vehicle. Compact 4.5 t weight keeps ground pressure low and  transport straightforward.

5. Fast Rod Handling

3.3 m single push length and support for 1.5 m / 2.0 m / 3.0 m drill pipes  let crews add or pull rods quickly. Combined with 45-70 rpm rotation speed  and a 1.4 m high-leg stroke for levelling on uneven ground, setup-to-drilling  time stays short.
