Overview

The JTQZ-1000 pneumatic water well drill rig is built for 1,000 m ultra-deep  drilling in deep water wells, hydrological exploration and industrial water  supply projects. With a 194 kW engine, 36 t lifting force, a 140-400 mm hole  range and drill pipe options up to 117 mm, it is designed for heavier drill  strings, larger boreholes and deeper drilling work where lower-capacity rigs  lose pulling power and stability.

1. Reaches 1,000 m Depth

With 1.7-3.5 MPa working pressure, 17-42 m³/min air consumption and a 194 kW  engine, the JTQZ-1000 is equipped for drilling depths up to 1,000 m. This  gives it the power reserve and air support needed for long-hole drilling in  demanding deep-well and exploration work.

2. 36 t Pullback Power

A 36 t lifting force gives the rig more margin for handling heavier drill  strings and pulling tools from ultra-deep holes. That added pullback strength  is a real advantage when drilling depth increases and string weight builds.

3. 194 kW Heavy Drive

The 194 kW engine gives the JTQZ-1000 a major step up in drilling power over  the smaller models in this series. It is set up for higher-load drilling where  deeper holes and heavier pipe demand stronger and steadier output.

4. Up to 400 mm Holes

A 140-400 mm hole range allows the rig to handle both standard deep wells and  large-diameter boreholes that need wider casing. That keeps it suitable for  projects where both well depth and finished hole size matter.

5. Built for Heavy Pipe

Drill pipe options of 102 mm, 108 mm, 114 mm and 117 mm support heavier drill  strings for deep-hole work, while 3.0 m and 6.0 m pipe lengths help reduce the  frequency of rod handling on long drilling cycles.
