JTXY-200-1 Core Drill Rig

Overview

The JTXY-200-1 core drill rig is built for light geological exploration, mineral  core sampling, foundation investigation and small water well projects. Based  on the listed drilling configurations, it covers 100-180 m drilling depths,  supports 150/130/110 mm opening hole diameters, uses 42/50 mm drill rods and  works at a 75°-90° borehole inclination range for flexible site applications.

1. Up to 180 m Depth

The listed drilling depth options of 180/150/100 m give the JTXY-200 useful  flexibility for different light-duty drilling configurations. It fits shallow  to mid-depth exploration, investigation and water-related jobs without moving  to a much larger rig class.

2. 75°-90° Drill Angle

A 75°-90° borehole inclination range allows the rig to handle near-vertical  and inclined drilling work. That makes it more adaptable on sites where hole  direction and terrain conditions require more than a fixed straight-down setup.

3. 42/50 mm Rods

Support for 42 mm and 50 mm drill pipe diameters gives users more tooling  flexibility across different drilling tasks. This helps match rod selection to  working depth, hole size and jobsite needs.

4. Dual Power Setup

The rig combines a ZS1115 diesel engine rated at 16.2 kW with an 11 kW  electric motor option. That gives operators more flexibility when working  between field sites and locations where electric power is available.

5. 25 kN Lift Force

A maximum vertical lifting weight of 25 kN provides practical lifting support  for daily drilling operations and drill string handling. Together with the 20  MPa gear oil pump pressure, it supports stable working performance on routine  site jobs.
