JTYS-800 Core Drill Rig

Overview

The JTYS-800 core drill rig is a crawler-mounted hydraulic machine built for  1,000 m NTW and 1,200 m BTW wire-line coring in solid mineral prospecting,  engineering surveys, shallow resource drilling and special engineering  boreholes. Based on the listed specifications, it combines 300 kN lifting  capacity, 150 kN propulsion force, a 0°-90° drilling angle and 1,000 m rope  capacity for demanding deep drilling work.

1. Up to 1,200 m Coring

Built for 1,000 m NTW and 1,200 m BTW wire-line coring, the JTYS-800 is aimed  at deeper mineral exploration and survey work where higher coring reach is a  basic requirement.

2. 300 kN Lift Force

A lifting capacity of 300 kN and propulsion force of 150 kN give the rig the  push-pull performance needed for stable deep drilling progress and reliable  drill string handling in heavier working conditions.

3. 1,000 m Rope Capacity

The 1,000 m rope capacity, together with 20 kN rope lifting capacity and 110  m/min rope lifting speed, supports efficient wire-line core retrieval and  helps reduce downtime across repeated deep coring cycles.

4. 0°-90° Drill Angle

A 0°-90° drilling angle and 7.9 m derrick height give the JTYS-800 broad  setup flexibility for vertical, inclined and site-adjusted drilling work. The  range is useful on uneven terrain and more demanding borehole layouts.

5. 118 kW Heavy Drive

The Yuchai/Weichai six-cylinder engine rated at 118 kW works with a 32 + 16  MPa hydraulic system, 1,800 N.m maximum torque, 1,400 rpm maximum rotating  speed and staged cooling setup to support continuous drilling performance in  deep coring applications.
