JTYS-600 Core Drill Rig

Overview

The JTYS-600 core drill rig is a crawler-mounted hydraulic machine built for  600 m NTW and 650 m BTW wire-line coring in mineral prospecting, engineering  geological surveys and shallow resource exploration. Based on the listed  specifications, it combines 240 kN lifting capacity, 120 kN propulsion force,  a 45°-90° drilling angle and 800 m rope capacity for demanding field work.

1. Up to 650 m Coring

Built for 600 m NTW and 650 m BTW wire-line coring, the JTYS-600 gives crews  the reach needed for mid-to-deep geological exploration and resource survey  work without moving into a much heavier rig class.

2. 240 kN Lift Force

A lifting capacity of 240 kN and propulsion force of 120 kN provide the rig  with the push-pull performance needed for stable drilling progress and daily  drill string handling in demanding ground conditions.

3. 800 m Rope Capacity

The 800 m rope capacity, together with 15 kN rope lifting capacity and 110  m/min rope lifting speed, supports efficient wire-line core retrieval and  helps reduce downtime during repeated coring cycles.

4. 45°-90° Drill Angle

A 45°-90° drilling angle and 6.1 m derrick height give the JTYS-600 useful  flexibility for both vertical and inclined drilling setups. This makes it  easier to adapt to uneven terrain and varying hole directions in the field.

5. 92 kW Hydraulic Drive

The Yuchai four-cylinder engine rated at 92 kW works with a 32 + 16 MPa  hydraulic system, 1,400 rpm maximum rotating speed and dual cooling method to  support steady drilling performance over long working shifts.
